Chantel

Congratulations on your surgery.
It is good to see it that way, take your time to recover well, you will be freeling better in no time

Yesterday I went to the goodwill shop to get me some used clothes as I do not want to buy new until I am to my goal weight, no since in spending all that money.

I found some things for now, and some for as I loose along, as they where nice things for the price.

When I got home and cut all the tags and put all on the wash, I thought, funny, I lost 107 lbs but still feel 400lbs. Regardless of all the wows along the way, the brain is triky, but looking in the mirror and looking at my shadow on the ground, they do not lie, and the scale sure doesn't, I am in the 200's and getting lighter all the time, you be dancing soon too. Hang in there, it gets better
