I wasn't cleared for the solid stuff until 3 weeks but I had a real issue with meat and fish early out. Ground beef (as in chili) was the only thing that didn't make me feel queasy.

Even now, I find it hard to eat any meat (white or dark) unless it's chopped up very finely with some sauce of some kind.

I'm not too bothered as I've always preferred a vegetarian diet.

It sometimes takes a while for us to work out what our pouch likes and dislikes and then it's a constantly changing thing anyway!
