MOTHER'S DAY UPDATE:

DH just called - his blood gases are MUCH better and he's feeling human again... The reduced pressure on his bi-pap machine is getting all the credit. They won't let him come home today because that would mean a night without bi-pap - as they cannot reset his machine. I'll have to take it to the "dealer" tomorrow to get it recalibrated at the reduced setting...

so - I'm heading back to the hospital, but will be treated to a movie with my daughter and son-in-law first... maybe touring the twin to the home we're building one more time...

Thanks again for listening to my story... the continuing saga of living with a wonderful man with more than his share of health issues... Someday I hope to tell you stories of him mowing the lawn, wrestling with the grandkids, and whisking me away for a vacation!!!

love,
Katie
