I'm hydrating myself around the clock and very active with excersizing and still having hunger pains, in my stomach, not in my head or my throat.

Okay now I'm really gonna be screamed at , but I tried to test the ability of my pouch to see how much it would take before I got sick....I ate about 1 cup of cream of chicken soup, no ill effects at all, and it's about 3 days earlier until I start diets of creamier consistancies. I know people will talk smack about my "testing" the pouch, but I had to know for sure if my gut feeling was correct, which is that my pouch, or the connections of my pouch need to be revised.

It figures. Just my luck.
Hang in there, make an appointment to talk to the Doctor
Worrying about it won't do anything but make you feel anxious. And in the past, when I've been anxious, I've gone looking for something to numb out on, typically some kind of junk food.
Read a book, take a walk, take yourself to the movies!
Have a great Saturday!
