Oh Deborah... Don't give up so soon. You will lose weight for a good 10 to 18 months. Keep your chin up sweetie! Talk to your nutritionalist and see what they suggest your proper caloric intake and diet should be right now. Getting back to basics is always good, but I still agree with everyone 5 months out is too soon to do teh 5DPT, although like you said maybe the 2 days of liquids might break that cracker snacker thing you've got going on.
