Vitacost.com and Puritans pride.com should help with the vitamin issue. Get a good multivitamin at the very least.A good fiber supplement(and maybe antioxidant vitamin, oh yeah omega 3 fatty acids  ) Secondly you have to ask wherever you go for the wide widths.They usually come in (D) normal (EE) wide (EEEE) extra wideI have swelling because of diabetes and congestive heart failure:so i look for wider shoes.May you have a blessed stay in the states.(i am part Irish ) |
