I'm from Miami, Florida. I am about 2 months post op and I've been taking Gummies for vitamins. I buy the large 180 Disney Princess gummy bottle at Target. It's great. Only thing is that you have to take 2 doses per day. I buy sublingual b-complex at Walgreens (cheaper then GNC) and for calcuim I just hit Target, Walgreens and CVS for Caltrate chewable tablets. That has worked extremely well for me and I feel like I eat Candy everyday because they taste so good! There's a Target on U.S. 1 on the way to the Keys and the entire state of Florida is littered with CVS and Walgreens. Are you flying into MIA?
If you're looking for wide shoes, hit Avenue (there's one in Miami, off of Coral Way and 87th Avenue) Sometimes Lane Bryant has wide shoes. Avenue has a better selection, though, small but better. I would say it's better then Payless. I do love payless quite a bit. Another great place is Rack Room Shoes and I have seen wide shoes at DSW but they don't tend to fit my feet too well. I buy all my shoes online at either jessicalondon.com, onestopplus.com or footsmart.com. They have a gorgeous selection in wide and extra wide shoes. It's pricey but I they are good long lasting shoes. When I discovered them, I started wearing sandals again...JOY!...a must in Florida!
