I've been super lazy this week:

Tuesday & Thursday:
Bikram Yoga - 90 minutes - approx 1150 calories burned each time

Planned:
Saturday - Bikram Yoga 90 Minutes - approx 1150 calories
Sunday - Regular Hatha Yoga - 60 minutes - approx 300 calories
3.5 mile walk
