No way I was going to get up this morning and goto the gym so I decided to go at lunch...
I did my normal Arc trainner for 30 min but this time I up the resistance to 17 and the incline to 5. I burned 404 instead of my normal 380 ish so it made a difference.
And I did light weights .. I was a slacker today
Bicep 3*12 30lbs Tricep 3*12 30lbs
hips 2 3*12 70 lbs hips 1 3*12 65 lbs
back 2 3*12 50 lbs
