
OK, I've been around here for a while and have seen many recipes with Fage. Many people seem to rave about the stuff. I gather that it is a greek yogurt. But, I'm looking for more info...
It is available at the Whole Foods near me, so I want to pick some up this weekend, but -why FAGE?
What makes it different than other yogurts? Does it have a higher protein content or some other "better" nutritional value?
Does it taste different? And if so, how?
I am a Fage virgin and want some experienced imput before I take the plunge! Thanks!
