We got the results of the MRI yesterday afternoon - they have now found micro-masses in her other breast. They said they need to do a biopsy to determine if it's cancerous, and do another lumpectomy on both.

Now, this is the list of events so far -

- needle biopsy (inconclusive)
- Post lumpectomy needle localization
- lumpectomy
- another biposy
- MRI

If we go with what the doctors want, it would be -

- another needle biopsy (on the right breast)
- another needle localization (on both breasts)
- another lumpectomy (on both breasts)

THEN - were not sure if they got it all and would most likely go through yet another mammogram and other tests to ensure they got it all.

Nisa just can't go through any more needles and the pain. She's still sore from the second biopsy last week. It's emotionally and physically draining.

She has decided to have a bi-lateral mastectomy and reconstruction. It just seems they can't get it all when they do a lumpectomy. She was prepared for the news this time, and had already made up her mind (but didn't tell me - yet). I was expecting her to fall apart, and when she didn't,
that's when I knew she is done fighting and wants action.

I support her completely, and told her I married her, not her breasts. Of course, she's going through an emotional time, and rightly so. I told her were going through this together.

She IS going to get through this, and IS beating this damn thing!

Thank you so much for your support and prayers.
