LOL.. I read it, but I was at work, where I can't reply... then I forgot to come back to it.. I DO appreciate the information. This is what I've been doing for a couple of weeks now.. short bursts of activity, several times a day. ... hasn't helped my stall yet, but I've not given up hope.
