Hi, Jennie--walking an hour a day is great! And something else that might help is doing some strength-training. Just 10-15 minutes of lifting, 2-3 times a week, can make a HUGE difference. It's good to change things up, once in a while, because our bodies get used to what we're doing--we need to keep them guessing!
