I am just over 2 years out and go up and down about 4 pounds or so. It scares the crap out of me...almost to the point of obsessive and thats not good either. Its hard to change our diets as we eat so much of the same thing and choices that are good for us. What I did find is the snacking for me does not work. I schedule in a snack, sometimes 2 outside of my meals, but thats it. It keeps me in check. Its SO MUCH harder now to loose even 2 pounds. My body likes where it is and as long as I respect it, hopefully it will stay there. Boost up the exercise, keep up the fluids, look at choices and just keep following the rules. I went back to my food diary to look at patterns too.
