Unhappy 2 week follow up & started soft solids & dumping already (maybe?)

I had my 2 week followup yesterday. Weighed in 21 pounds less than pre op (Duh! I knew that! LOL) Everything was good. My incisions are healed up really good now and he says I and doing great. I go back again in a month and have to have bloodwork done 2 weeks prior to my appt.

Dr released me to start on soft solids and gave me a list of things I can have. Fish was one of those things along with a lot of other things that I have seen on here for others as being forbidden. Crackers is one! I was amazed. I will stay away from them for awhile. I dont want to mess anything up.

I have had a couple of tiny servings of refried beans in the last week and they stayed down good with no issues. Well I decided to try fish last nite. I fixed a tilapia fillet (2 ounces no seasonings broiled in its own juices) and in the 20 min I am allowed to eat, I managed 5 teeny tiny bites. I chewed each bite at least 40 times. It wasnt dry fish but nice and flaky with a bit of moisture in it. About 5 minutes after I got up from the table, I thought I was going to vomit. By the time I got to the bathroom I thought it was coming out the other end! OMG what agony! Nothing happened. I laid in bed in agnoy for about an hour thinking i was dieing. I dont know if that was dumping or what. I know what my normal dumping (pre-op) was like, heart palpitations, sweating, tummy pain, diarrhea, etc. I only had the pain last night, nothing else. The pain seemed to be in my abdomen area not my stomach area.

I probably ate 1/4 of an ounce of the fish if that-- that is all I managed in 20 minutes. It wasnt much but I was comfortable. I am not going to try it again for awhile.

Did I dump last nite? Or was my pouch just not used to the more solid texture? What happened?!?

I am so scared to eat now although I am managed to eat a 1 oz string cheese stick this morning for breakfast chewing really good again and so far no issues. I am almost scared to get out of my chair thinking the pain will start again!
