Baron, you and Nisa are in my thoughts and prayers. There are so many treatments for breast cancer these days. It doesn't make it any less stressful or scary. Stay strong. DOn't beat yourself up about the weight gain. A good BM and you could lose half that amount! It's good that you recognize bad habits and take steps to get it under control. Try turning to the relaxation techniques that you should have been shown (like deep breathing or meditation) or exercise. The celtic knots sound very nice.
