I'm assuming that you take the Metformin for your PCOS and not because of diabetes? If that's correct...you do NOT have to be overweight or obese to have PCOS(syndrome), you can have PCOD(disease) without having pain so that said...what does calories neccessarily have to do with PCOS?

Not sure that makes sense...but I had PCOS, with all the pain and HAIRY issues...and had a hysterectomy after 16 years of dealing with PCOS and endometriosis...and now after having my GBS I am noticing that my HAIR issues are possibly returning!! Yikes!!
