Hi Des,
I know it is hard to have our kids go through anything like this, but it will be OK.
Our son Jake had to have his removed when he was 2 years old. It was funny because he had a really deep voice when he went in and sounded like an elf when he came out. (Actually sounded like a normal two year old afterward, but it was such a difference he sounded like an elf to us.)
We'll be thinking about you both tomorrow!!
