They all are sooo right about the protein I drank alot of carnation instant breakfast no sugar added you can get it at walmart the cheapest! As far as eating you need to make sure you're waiting in between bites it is hard because we are so used to eating fast and not used to that feeling if you do try to eat too fast or too much resulting in praying to the porcelain gods

I totally have been there and now am trying to make sure I am getting in my protein because I'd drink all day. I most of the times don't have an appetite at all

But like Godblessedme said try sugarfree koolaids or crystal light till you find one you love..there is also sugarfree tang and my newest love is sugarfree hawian punch

Also there is a great list of protein shakes mixed with different things you can try under: Nutrition>recipes>proetein shakes, pudding, mouse recipes I tried the lemon crystal today and it was yummy might have another for a treat
