I've upped the time on my walks for the day.. two 20 minute walks and one 30 minute power walk.. by the time I'm done that mid-day 30 minute walk, I am sweating like a pig.. I have to go into the ladies room and wash before I can get back to work.
yesterday was a dance dvd in the evening.. but I didn't sleep well, so I think I'll do some tai chi or maybe a pilates dvd instead.. see if I sleep better.
