Just a suggestion. Try breaking that "normal" routine. A bunch of us just did the 5DPT. That will really confuse your body. The first 2 days are liquids, then soft protiens, then solid protiens. Although it is not a "diet" to lose weight, but rather to get in touch with your pouch, most averaged at least 3 pounds, and I think some were 8-9 pounds.
I too feel your pain of the weight issue. I've yo-yoed back and forth over the last few years. I had initially lost down to 134, then went up to 149, then maintained 125-130, last year was down to 119 and am at 131 now. Like a couple of the others have said, I will not accept this, I worry all the time and analyse what I'm doing in my life. I know I need to cut back on the calories and to get more exercise. But where is that darn motivation hidding? I can't find it anywhere!
I refuse to buy bigger clothes! So I guess it's time to get on the ball and do something about it. Thanks for your post. Best wishes.
Sharon
