I have a suggestiion....
An appointment or two with a nutritionist. I honestly didn't realize all I could eat that was delicious, and how I could focus differently, lose weight, and not feel deprived. I lost 17 lbs before my surgery, just from following the nutritionist's suggestions and advice.
Exercise is a biggie for sure. I always hated exercise, now I am a total exercise junkie, and it's all easy and fun stuff.
Zen is a passionate and loving person - she was giving you her points with emphasis and full attention. She is the furthest thing from cruel.
