Deborah, thanks for the words of encouragement. I do not think my hubby would try to sabarage me, I surely hope not. I think he is scared of the complications that could possibly arise. I try to remind him of the complications that could arise if I do not have it. We both know with me getting healthy, will improve many things in our lives. 
I need to be comfortable with myself and I am not at this point and he understands that. Not matter what I choose in the end, he will support me through it all.
