And....
I find it's much easier since I'm back at work to stay on track. I have distractions, I dont concentrate on my deprivation.
I can sip a diet soda or coffee to offset the headache and eat a jello at lunch or sip on a soup broth.
Not so bad..I just have to figure out how to do this at home when I'm taking care of the family...
*sigh*
but my dh, bless his heart, he's been so careful. He takes the kids to eat or goes downstairs in the family room and they eat and clear out all signs they ate...
and they dont make any production about eating...so far he's been able to take care of them without me in the mix so we dont have to explain why I'm not eating...
God love him, I'm so lucky
But get this, he's all distraut that I'm going to lose weight and lose my butt....*L* I have one of those husbands that loves fat women He asked if I could keep my "shelf" (the fat area at the top of my butt)
he's so not right...seriously!
