Elliptical Trainer Machine - I was on for 30 min and burned 380.
Bicep 3*12 30lbs Tricep 3*12 30lbs
incline Chest 3*12 25 lbs hips 2 3*12 70 lbs
hips 1 3*12 60 lbs back 2 3*12 50 lbs
Leg press 3*12 150 lbs Torso 3*12 30 lbs
calf 3*12 110 lbs
So come on all post that you are doing to loose it this week !!!
