Julie, it says that a jar makes 16 2 Tbsp servings. My jars last a long time but I'm not a huge peanut butter eater. It honestly isn't gross! *L* I brought it to my support group and let the members try it and everyone was sold on the product. Not one didn't like it except for the one allergic to peanuts. *L* I've mentioned this product on the forum before and I know that there were several who ordered it and all of them loved it.
Shipping is 7.83 but if you know of anyone else who may be interested in your area just split the cost. That's what I did. I split the cost with a couple members of my support group. I will admit it isn't a cheap product but if you are craving peanut butter it is a great substitute. 
Also they do guarantee their products. If you don't like the peanut butter you can send back 3 unopened jars for a full refund.
