I like the way you think! Every single thing that goes into my mouth MUST have a good amount of protein in it, or I just won't eat it. I try my best to get it with regular foods, and suppliment as little as possible. For now I am still very dependant on making my protein shake every day. But I am hoping to cut way back on it by 6 months out.
Those vials taste absolutely terrible. But for me, at the time, I just had no other choice. It was either that or nothing.
But now I use powder with milk and yogurt once a day for a great protein/nutrition boost.
