So I had an exciting weigh-in this morning. I got on the scale and it said...199.0! ONEderland! Woo-hoo....right?
Not so much. I shrieked, jumped up and down, and ran to grab my camera. I wanted a pic of the scale numbers. So, I grabbed the scale and dragged it to a more clear part of the floor, got my camera zoomed-in and ready, and then stepped back on. The scale then said...200.2. Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!!
So, I stepped off, let it reset, and stepped back on. The digital numbers totally did that "Biggest Loser" scale thing where they bounced all around -- 199...196...198...199.6...198...200.2. And stopped.
So...not yet. I guess the tile floor in my kitchen is uneven enough that moving the scale around will make it balance differently? Sigh. So close...yet so disappointing. Maybe tomorrow?! Eh, I should wait another few days so I'll know for sure next time that it's real. No more false hope!
