Bridget your words of wisdom and honesty are fantastic. I had heard that same story about the obese to overweight and thought to myself, I am grateful I achieved my desired weight and I dont plan on going backwards to the hell life I had before and now having my new hip as a result of the weight loss accomplishment, I definately appreciate reading your experience.

Emotional termoyal in ones life is destructive if not handled with support and inner strengths that have come to us through our journeys on this path. I think for myself I have to remember what and why I took this journey.

Jenni, dont accept the being an overweight person story. Get the support and help that has worked for you over the years. You have come too far to get caught in the old traps of excuses and accepting less than you can be and deserve to be.

I wish you all the best and thanks Bridget for the great words of wisdom.
