Welcome to the TT forum and you are in a place where there is understanding and real compassion.
I can relate to everything you wrote, my first month or two was horrible with food. I got stuck when I tried to eat meat. But quickly learned there were options as eating is part of working with the new stomach. Try blending potatoes with chicken, or veggies and chicken, it is puree like, but it gets some nutrition in, yogurt, cottage cheese and soup were other staples I used to make sure I was eating, make sure not to drink for 45 minutes before and after you eat. The vomit or getting stuck in my case sucked, it caused a mental block of fear about foods, I disliked the thought of eating, but once I realized that much of what my mind was telling me was feeding into behavior that could really sidetract the progress.
25 pounds is an excellent result, you can be very happy about this. If the eating continues to be problematic with vomiting after your attempts get to your physician and get some assistance. Also post your question on the Post-Op section here as well, as others will sometimes read there.
I wish you continued success in the weight loss and hope that you can find a solution for eating and keeping down.
All the best to you.
