I eat 500-800 calories a day. Yogurt and fruit for breakfast, 200 cals meal for lunch and dinner. Almonds in between or string cheese and vitamin water hroughout the day. (I have pepsei too, usually about 16 oz on a high drinking day, but an average of 300 calories a day come fom pepsi in addition to 500-800 calories in eating. I stop the the pepsi to drop the pounds.
BTW you dont have to exercise to lose weight, you have to change your eating habits though. You felt good when you walked, it releases endorphins and that made you feel good about yourself. Ge back to the basics like the good ol days. Gimme a call if you need too. I moved away, but kept my number local for my peeps!
