very watery Cream of Wheat! no more than 2 ounces.

My biggest hurdle is finding a comfortable position to sleep in. I'm sleeping in 1.5 hr to 2 hr intervals. I get up to drizzle and then I lay down again or take a walk and then I lay down again. I keep a protein drink around me all the time so that I down that first (sipping about 3 oz /her) and then I put in liquid every now and again so that I can have my daily intake of where my doc wants me.

'thann I'm doing the same thing, keeping a more detailed journal than required because I am concerned about protein (don't want hair loss), ordehydration.

Because I can't roll over on my own (yet), I feel like a beached whale. I hate the dreams the pain meds are giving me so I've halved the dosage but rest isn't easy.

Sorry guys, just frustrated. The house is alseep and I'm awake. I want my husband to be able to sleep for awhile without me bugging him for help.

Day 38: short supermarket trip - didn't use a riding cart for the first time in 3 years!
Day 40: hernia pain began
Day 56: tops officially went from 3x to 2x... pants from 2x to 1x

Next Challenge: Shopping at Walmart without a riding cart (can't do it yet: walking hurts like heck)




I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!
