I know, I have learned a lot from this and will be doing it again. I was thinking of starting again on Monday but I will be adding protien shakes hopefully at least one a day once I go shopping tomorrow. Not sure what to buy, I do know that I should be getting a little more protien daily than I am. I also drink quite a bit more fluids when I do the water with crystal light and the orange flavor. My new favorite. I'm actually drinking more water/fluids than I usually do and less diet coke. Change will take time to kick the diet coke habit again. Also I am going to look for coffee cremers that have less calories. I didn't realize how many calories in my daily intake usually 3-4 cups. I'm also thinking of changing over to the 1/2 decaf then eventually to the decaf if not give it up completly. I didn't start drinking coffee until about 3.5 years ago. There are other things I've learned too. So all in all I don't think I failed, just failed to stay on the plan today. Well caved a little yeaterday. But now I will be more prepared for the next time.
