Decided in late October I was going to do it after attending the informational seminar. Originally scheduled my surgery for late December, but due to an injury I was not able to keep my pre-op physical & nutritional appointment so my surgery was moved to Jan 29. So three months & 2 days.

1) lost the crutch
2) ditched the insulin

6) Able to keep up with long legged fiancé on a 4+ mile walk
