I use the paid version of Fitday which allows you to add custom foods, including recipes. I don't remember if fitday.com allows that or not it's been so long since I used it. I just found the website unwieldy and annoying. I really much prefer the paid version, along with it being about 100 times easier to use, I love the reports I can generate

Little tip, I've read that if you want the paid version, it is 10 dollars cheaper (20 bucks instead of 30) for current Fitday.com users.

That said, I stumbled on something called "Diet Power" and admit I found it interesting, noting that they are wrong in some of their critisims of Fitday (like they say you can't add recipes in, which I know for a fact you can and I do, often) so I wonder what else is incorrect about their comparison chart.

What I don't like about fitday is that they don't allow you to track trans fat nor sugar/sugar alcohols, all of which I would like to track.
