Dave. I had the upside down T, they call in anchor incision here. Cut hip to hip and up to the bottom of the rib cage. I had my RNY open, so the vertical cut is in the same place and I don't have a belly button anymore, by my choice.

I had a rough go of if for sure, but I am happy to be rid of the skin and no more pain from the flapping skin. It was a long road, but its been almost a year now and I can't believe it.
