Good morning, Nyn and Tina....you 2 are sweethearts. I'm afraid my night was a wee bit rough. I was pretty sore and had a really hard time getting comfortable. My pouch is still not happy this morning. I took my morning pills and promptly threw up, though thankfully the pills stayed down. I did just eat some cottage cheese so I'm hoping the somewhat solid food will calm it down. If this nausea doesn't subside I'll be calling Dr Ford to see if I can get on something for the nausea. Not sure what is going on but between the pain, nausea and dizziness I feel rather crappy.
Tina the 5DPT is the 5-day pouch test that a bunch of us our doing to try to "tune-up" our pouches. I had to do only liquids the last 2 days but today I can start on some solids. I've lost 2 pounds since Monday so would like to keep it up but we will see how my pouch feels. I'm off from work until next week Tuesday so I should be fine..and stitches will come out next week Thursday.
Thank you both for your concern...I promise to rest up. I have no plans at all today and my Mom provided my family with their supper tonight, so I don't even have to worry about that....just myself.
