Default Nurses, Drs, Someone Help??

OK, so I have a history of kidney stones pre wls. For the past week, I have had little pains in my right kidney, the one I have always had stones in, but nothing real bad to need pain meds or anything. Just kind of warning signs, so I up my water intake as much as I can. Well, tonite I went to restroom and now have blood in my urine. I have never had any pain when peeing prior to kidney stones, but now I burn a little. I am hoping it is just a bladder or kidney infection, but I am scared to death till tomorrow when I can call the DR. Is there anything I can take to maybe get rid of this on my own. We have ins. but a $30 copay and let me just say we are beyond broke ( I am talking utilities getting ready to be turned off broke), but I am hoping there is something I can use that is real cheap. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.
