We just know it as "Mexican Cheese". It's that white stuff you find in or on every Mexican dish you order. Here in Southern California you can find that stuff in every grocery store on every corner. Maybe in your area you can try those small out of the way markets that cater to ethnic foods. It's soooo good and one of the saltiest cheeses out there. I've never heard of putting it on the grill though ... it sounds super yummy! Thank you for the tip!!
