Oh, I also wanted to address your question. I feel for you. I don't think it's any easier to consider having 60 pounds to lose than it is to consider 150. Being stuck between thin and " too skinny for surgery" is kind of like no mans land. I know of many people who gained up to the "right" BMI for surgery, although I can't say I'd recommend it, at least not out loud.

You're in a difficult spot...the constant gaining and losing is so unhealthy. My advice would be, just let it all hang out. Do your best to make good food choices, but don't diet at all. Nature will take over. Either the better choices will thin you out, or your BMI will reach a point that you qualify. I'm sure many people would disagree with me, but I'm just trying to be realistic. If you felt like you could just lose it, you wouldn't be considering surgery. Good luck to you. REALLY. (Just had to throw some caps in there for ya)

114 total pounds gone forever!
I finally have a "normal" BMI
Reached my first goal of 145...and setting a new one of 135

I'm in the 130's for the first time since puberty!
