Amazingly, the amount of food I'm taking with me tomorrow to work looks like what I would eat over the course of three days, not one. I'm a little worried, but here's what's going in me tomorrow:
6 oz. Chicken Salad (Canned chicken, per the websites instructions, an egg, and a small dollop of mayo with a little salt and pepper.)
6 oz. Tuna Salad (Albacore, an egg, a little mayo, salt, pepper)
4 oz. Egg Salad ( 2 eggs, a little mayo, salt, pepper)
4 strips (2 servings) of imitation crab meat
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
Rough total of protein if I eat all of this (which I'm doubting) is between 90 and 100 grams of protein, not including the crab legs I plan on having for dinner.

I would not have tuna or chicken salad for breakfast. The cottage cheese seems more appropriate. Are you having protein drinks as well? I don't know, this seems like a lot. Not to mention you'll still have your water consumption as well.
You have three salads, all with mayo. A flavored olive oil would be a better choice. Some sesame oil would add an Asian flair to the tuna. You'd only need a half teaspoon at most. Something Italian would go nicely with the chicken. If this isn't an option I would suggest using fresh lemon instead. The real flavor of the food is masked in the mayo.
Don't forget, the fast restores your ability to taste food again! Savor the flavors and the nuances. On an aside note if tuna will be a staple in your diet, opt for the version packed in oil available from Italian specialty stores. It is superior to anything we generate here. Good luck!
