You are doing great hon! I am a sweets person too. I have found that I look forward to my smoothies at night now. (I am NOT doing pouch test btw!!) I get that "sweet fix" at the end of the day.
I make mine with:
one yogurt ("Activia" type; walmart's version)
one frozen banana
one-two scoops of protein powder (mixed with enough water to make it liquid, not a whole drink)
Frozen fruit; as much as I want!
I then mix all this in the Magic Bullet. Whatever i don't finish goes in the freezer for a snack the next day. (or later that night if i'm up REALLY LATE!)
I have FINALLY found a sweet treat that is GOOD for me and not full of "crap".
