This morning at 5:30am I was at the gym and working out
Elliptical Trainer Machine - I was on for 30 min and burned 380.
Than I lifted weights for 30 min.
Bicep 3*12 30lbs
Tricep 3*12 30lbs
incline Chest 3*12 25 lbs
hips 2 3*12 65 lbs
hips 1 3*12 60 lbs
back 2 3*12 45 lbs
calves 3*12 110 lbs
