I was just thinking of this very same question! Yesterday the hubster and I took our grandson to McDonald's playland and I had a cup of their broccoli/cheese soup. I ate THE WHOLE THING!! It was over a period of about 45 minutes though and it was probably a "slider" food; as was mentioned here.

I worry about stretching the old pouch too...but I think I'll quit worrying since I do know when I'm getting full. I know it helps to drink a lot of fluids as this fills you up during the day too and probably works to prevent you from getting too hungry. (And yes...it's only been a month since my bypass but I do get hungry...and it ain't "head hunger" either...poopy ain't it)?
