Well... made it through day one without out
too much trouble. A lot of people have mentioned increased gas in day one. I have had the opposite reaction. I think the carbs produce more gas for me, so eliminating them really seems to have reduced the gas. (And that's good news for everyone! I have a confession to make...it was not automobile exhaust damaging the ozone layer...it was me... sorry.)
I had some serious head-hunger last night, (carb cravings), but a little sugar free Jello seemed to get me through them and I went to bed early so that helped. I did wake up to pee 4 times last night which was a little annoying, but I guess all this liquid in the diet has to go somewhere. It could have been worse...I could have
not woken up to pee 4 times last night.
