I too was concerned. I am 10 weeks out and 55lbs down. I am now eating solid food. "Chicken, meat, fish". And you will quickly notice that you can only eat 2 oz or so of this heavier food. Cottage cheese, soup, yogert and the like are what my Dr. calls " slider " food. It is soft and will slip down your pouch and past with out much effort. When you try real solid food you will see the difference.
