I have started from dance class and now I decided to add more exercise. I recorded 20 minute exercise routine (with weights) from my cable. It was easy to follow, and easy to get through. Of cause now my whole body aches

It means I actually did something effective, right? For some reason my ass hurts the most! I probably have to do this routine again today because tomorrow I probably won’t be able to sit down.
My surgery is in a week, I wonder how soon I will be able to exercise again … I actually will miss it.
