I havent dumped yet, but I am in no rush to go out and start testing. So far everything I have eaten has been ok. I have gotten food stuck a couple times though, which is unpleasent in a very special way. I havent tried fruit yet, but I have had some chicken, and I tried a small piece of the lean part of a country rib, both of which went down and stayed down well. I just tell myself that any kind of processed sugar, greasy and high fatty foods WILL make myself sick. Kind of like what Corrine said. You have to remember that the surgery is a tool. And if you happen to not dump on anything, including sugars and fatty stuff, you just have to use your will power and knowledge to overcome it. You can still focus on just getting in lean protien and liquids in, and eating them in the right portions.
