Eating in endurance sports
I too found I can tolerte all sorts of disgusting packs of goo while cycling. The same stuff would actually hit me very differently if I just had some like, when I woke up in the moring, but after 20-30 miles on the bike, it works perfectly - my body is so hungry for it by then. You know all about the hydration too, I'm sure, so you should be good to go.
You run Sooooo much faster than I do, I am totally impressed. I was proud when I did a couple miles at 8:50! Guess I have a new standard to try to match!
I am doing a duathlon this sunday, but it is tiny; 2 mile run, 14 mile ride, 2 mile run. No biggie there. But for a good cause so off we go!
