Check to see if the YMCA has a pool that you could do water aerobics in. It is easier on you, but you do need the strength to get in and out of the pool. The lifegaurds will help if needed. My doc suggested it for me and it was so much easier than working out on equipment.. If not the Y, check to see if the other places have a pool for you to take water aerobics. It is just a thought..
